The Borough of Brookhaven is seeking temporary help for the winter of 2023/2024.
This position will be responsible for assisting in the 2023 leaf pickup, 2024 Christmas tree pickup, snow removal and other public works duties as needed.
Employment shall start November 8, 2023 and last on a part time as needed basis until no later than April 5, 2024.
Employees shall be scheduled for only the hours needed and schedule may change due to weather conditions.
Employment shall be classified as part time and temporary.
Requirements Ability to perform manual labor and complete tasks as a team and individually Able to safely operate equipment and tools after appropriate training.
Hold and maintain a valid driver's license High School Diploma or equivalent Be available for work on a daily basis and on call for snow removal Good Communication skills Snow plowing experienceSend resume to john.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
